The following terms and conditions govern your purchase of Top Ups from the Our Telekom Online Top Up shop. By using this service, whether browsing or making purchases, you agree to these terms as well as the overall website terms and conditions, and any additional terms presented during the purchasing process.
Our Telekom provides the Web Top Up Service, allowing you to recharge your own or your nominated friends’ and family members' prepaid Our Telekom mobile accounts from anywhere in the world using credit cards.

In these terms and conditions, when we say "we," "our," or "us," we are referring to Our Telekom. Similarly, "you" refers to you, our customer, and "your" has a corresponding meaning.

Purchasing from the Our Telekom Online Top Up Shop and e-Shop
- Accepted Payment Methods: Our Telekom's Web Top Up system currently accepts MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. If we start accepting other types of credit cards, we'll update this information on the Web Top Up section of our website.
- Transaction Limit: To prevent fraud and abuse, there's a maximum limit of USB$1,000.00 per day per user for the Online Top Up system. If this limit is reached, you will be immediately notified online, and Our Telekom administrators will be alerted.
- Transaction Confirmation: After your transaction is successfully processed, you'll receive an email confirmation at the registered email address. This email will include a transaction reference number that you can use to track the status of your transaction with our Customer Service Center.
- Processing Time: Once approved, the recipient’s mobile number will be automatically topped up. This process can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours.
- Security Measures: Our Telekom has implemented stringent security measures to minimize online credit card fraud. Our payment gateway is powered by ANZ eGate, and is Compliant with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS). Should we suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to freeze transactions until we verify their authenticity with the issuing bank.
- No Unsolicited Requests: We will never ask you to update or edit your credit card information through unsolicited emails or messages. If you receive such a request, please contact us before providing any details, as it may be an attempt to collect your personal information fraudulently.
- Irreversible Transactions: If you accidentally or intentionally recharge the wrong mobile number, we cannot reverse the transaction. Please double-check the number before confirming the transaction.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, Our Telekom will investigate and may debit your account depending on the nature of the transaction.
- Right to Refuse Service: Our Telekom reserves the right to refuse any credit card top-ups at our discretion.
- Price Changes: Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
- eShop Purchases: Devices purchased from the eShop will be available for pickup at selected locations within 24-48 working hours after payment confirmation. Pickup is available only at Our Telekom outlets.
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full. If any taxes or charges are imposed by government entities on your transactions, you agree to pay these additional costs as invoiced by Our Telekom.
- Returns and Refunds: If you need to return a product, you must bring it to the nearest Our Telekom retail outlet within 14 business days of receipt. Returns are subject to our standard retail return policy. Products will only be replaced if they have a manufacturer's fault. All items remain your responsibility until they are received by Our Telekom. For concerns about online recharges, contact our customer support center on 333 or visit Our Telekom foneshops to raise your concern. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are processed under a separate Refund Policy.
