Our Telekom Officially Launches "The Our Telekom App" for Greater Customer convenience
Our Telekom is pleased to announce the official launch of its Mobile Application, The Our Telekom App, purposely designed to significantly enhance customer convenience by simplifying access to essential mobile services. The Our Telekom App was formally introduced during the Aelan Riddim Festival on Saturday 15th March, highlighting Our Telekom’s prominent role as the presenting sponsor of the event and its commitment to enhancing customer access and convenience.
The newly launched App enables customers to conveniently purchase prepaid mobile plans, track data usage, and access exclusive offers directly from their smartphones. This development aligns with Our Telekom’s continued commitment to providing customer-centric innovations and exceptional service delivery.
In celebration of this milestone, exclusive mobile plans are now available solely through the app, providing customers with exceptional value. The existing USSD RedHot marketplace remains fully operational, ensuring all customers retain seamless access to familiar services.
As part of Our Telekom’s ongoing commitment to innovation, the Mobile App will continue to evolve with regular updates, introducing additional features like loyalty programs aimed at further enhancing the overall customer experience.
Customers can now download the Our Telekom App from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store to effortlessly manage their prepaid mobile subscriptions.
