2. How can I access the Internet on my phone?

Accessing the internet on your phone with Our Telekom is simple. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Check Device Compatibility: Ensure your mobile phone is internet-enabled and supports the frequency bands provided by Our Telekom.

2. Set Up Internet Configuration: Configure your phone with Our Telekom’s mobile internet settings. Make sure the Access Point Name (APN) is set to “internet.”

3. Subscribe to a Data Plan: Dial *155# and choose one of our great mobile data plans. Ensure you have enough Credit in your account to subscribe. If not, you can TopUp at any Our Telekom TopUp Agent nationwide.

4. Activate Mobile Data: Once you’ve subscribed, go to your phone’s settings and turn on the “Mobile Data” option.

5. Check Your Data Balance: Dial *121# to confirm your data balance.

That’s it! You’re all set to browse the internet, stream videos, post on social media, play games, and more.

To access Our Telekom’s internet services, you’ll need a phone that supports internet connectivity and web browsing.

For the best experience, we recommend using a 4G or 4G+ smartphone, as these devices provide faster speeds and improved reliability for browsing, streaming, gaming, and other online activities. You can purchase genuine 4G smartphones at any of Our Telekom Foneshops, ensuring you get a reliable device to stay connected.

5. How can i get TopUp to get access to the internet?

You can TopUp your Our Telekom account through several convenient methods:

1. Our Website (after integration): Once the integration is complete, you can top up directly via our website for a seamless experience.

2. Telekom Agents: Top up through any authorized Telekom TopUp Agents near you.

3. Mselen App or USSD: Use the Mselen App or dial *123# on your phone for quick and easy TopUp.

4. Banking Apps: Top up using banking apps such as POB or BRED.

5. Banking USSD: For BSP users, dial *277# to TopUp via the BSP banking USSD service.

6. How can I find out how much of my credit has been used?

For Prepaid Customers: You can easily check and monitor your remaining credit balance by dialing *121# on your mobile phone.

For Postpaid Customers: Your credit usage will be detailed in your monthly bill, so you can keep track of your expenses.

7. Coverage - where can i use it?

You can use Our Telekom’s Internet services anywhere within Our Telekom’s coverage areas. This includes locations with 3G, 4G, and 4G+ network coverage.

Our network is present across all 9 provincial areas, ensuring connectivity throughout the region. For the best internet speeds, we recommend using a 4G+ smartphone and connecting to a 4G+ coverage base station.

8. What are the internet settings I need on my phone?

a. If you have purchased the phone from any Our Telekom retail shop, the internet settings will be configured by the customer care team.

b. If you have purchased the phone from any other vendor, you will need to configure and setup your phone's internet APN settings. The Access Point Name should be configured to “internet”.

An Access Point Name (APN) is a communications gateway between a user’s device and the internet. The following steps can guide you to setup an APN however may vary for different operating systems:

APN Setup:

  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Connections or Mobile Data or Internet settings
  • Go to Mobile Networks or Mobile Data Network
  • Go to Access Point Names
  • If you have a Dual-SIM phone, Select either SIM 1 or SIM 2
  • Select “Add” or the “+” sign.
  • Enter “Breeze” in the Name section.
  • Enter “internet” in the APN section.
  • Save the APN.
  • Enable the “Breeze” APN profile.
